The RCIA, the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults, also known as the OCIA, the Order of Christian Initiation of
Adults is a program simultaneously ancient and modern.
Over the centuries, the RCIA slowly faded out of practice. The Second Vatican Council, 1962-1965, called for a
renewal of the treasures of faith. From this initiative, the RCIA was restored. In 1974, the new Rite of Christian
Initiation of Adults was promulgated and has become the standard for parishes throughout the world.
At All Saints Parish, we are incredibly blessed to have an amazing RCIA team.
Here is the preliminary schedule for our upcoming RCIA sessions. While these topics and dates are subject to
change, especially in the event of inclement weather, we wanted to offer this schedule so you can begin to prepare
for the year.
