The Communications Administrative Assistant supports the Director of Communications in all facets of communications for All Saints Parish in Butler, PA, including (but not limited to) bulletin, website, social media, graphic design, Google calendars, and digital sign-ups. This person will also handle various administrative duties for the St. Conrad office of All Saints Parish.
Communications:
General Administrative Duties:
Hours: Part-time with a possibility for full-time (25-30 hrs/week).
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience Preferred: Word, Publisher, Excel, Canva, and Signup Genius, as well as knowledge of the Catholic faith and liturgical calendar.
Experience Desired: Well organized, able to meet deadlines, creative, flexible, pleasant and welcoming, good writing, and graphic design skills.
