Have you ever considered becoming an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion?
There are two ways to serve as an EMHC.
Mass
A Eucharistic Minister assists the priest during Holy Communion at Mass. All Saints Parish holds a daily 8am Mass, with an additional Mass Tuesdays through Saturdays. Sunday Mass also provided multiple options in the day and time that are available to serve.
Homebound
Our homebound parishioners have a very deep faith and appreciate receiving Holy Communion – Jesus – while they are in their home. A Eucharistic Minister is able to take Holy Communion to someone who cannot come to church due to age or illness.
Training
Extraordinary Ministers of the Holy Eucharist can serve at any of our five parishes. Training as an EMHC is provided by Deacon Mike Kaufman, who can be reached at mkaufman@allsaintsbutler. org
All volunteers must have Safe Environment clearances. For information about clearances, contact Safe Environment Coordinator Georgene Natali at 724-287-1759 or [email protected].
